Terms and conditions

• The Platform — the vindetelefon.ro website and its subdomains.
• The Operator — MYOMOBILE TRADING SRL, the buyer of the devices.
• The User — the individual or legal entity that requests an evaluation and sells a device.
• Indicative offer — the price shown in the configurator, calculated based on the information declared by the User.
• Final offer — the price confirmed after the physical inspection of the device.

• The User completes the configurator (model, storage, cosmetic condition, functional defects) and receives an indicative offer.
• After submitting the request, the Operator issues a free courier waybill, or the User hands over the device to a network partner.
• The device is physically and functionally inspected within a maximum of 2 business days of receipt.
• If the actual condition matches the declaration, the indicative offer becomes the final offer and is paid by bank transfer within a maximum of 24 business hours.

The offer shown online is conditional on the accuracy of the declared information. If discrepancies are found at inspection (undeclared defects, account locks, non-original replacement screen, liquid damage), the Operator sends a revised final offer. The User has 3 business days to accept or reject it.

If refused, the device is returned free of charge, at the Operator's expense, to the original shipping address.

• To be the rightful owner of the device or have the legal right to transfer it.
• To disable security locks (iCloud / Find My iPhone, Google account, MDM or carrier lock) and delete personal data.
• To correctly declare all known defects, including cosmetic and functional ones.
• To package the device so that it is protected during transport.

Devices reported as stolen, lost, iCloud/Google-locked or of uncertain origin are not purchased and may be reported to the competent authorities.

We also accept devices with a cracked screen, faulty battery, non-functional camera or motherboard issues. The price is adjusted based on the defects declared and confirmed during the physical inspection.

Shipping to the Operator is free through the partner courier. The risk of loss or damage in transit is covered under the courier's terms, up to the declared value of the indicative offer. Improper packaging that causes damage may reduce the final offer.

Payment is made exclusively by bank transfer, in RON, to the IBAN account indicated by the User in their account. The Operator is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect bank details.

Ownership of the device transfers to the Operator upon acceptance of the final offer. After this point the transaction is final and irrevocable, and the device may be repaired, refurbished or resold.

The account can be created via email and password, or through Google/Facebook. The User is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for activity on their account. Accounts with false information may be suspended.

Partner shops and repair centers may collect devices on behalf of the Operator. Commercial terms between the Operator and the partner are governed separately and do not affect the rights of the end User.

The Operator is not liable for loss of data remaining on the device, for undeclared accessories sent along with it, or for temporary platform unavailability. Total liability is limited to the final offer value of the device in question.

The Operator may update these terms; the version applicable to a transaction is the one published on the date the request was submitted. The contract is governed by Romanian law, and disputes are settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts in Timișoara. Consumers may contact ANPC (anpc.ro) for alternative dispute resolution.
